Ground Breaking Marks Start of Landmark Development
16th June 2007
Westbridge Homes directors, Steve Vessey-Baitson and Peter Lee, visited Delta at Mill Lane in Beverley this month to perform the ground breaking ceremony which marked the start of construction on what is set to become a landmark development.
Building work may have only just commenced, but Westbridge’s sales staff have been busy for some time with over 50% of the 41 apartments already sold from plan. Many purchasers and investors have identified Delta as a shrewd investment at the pre-construction stage with a view to capital growth as the development of one and two bedroom properties takes shape.
“Ever since we announced plans for Delta interest in the development has been growing each week leading up to this week’s ground breaking ceremony,” said Mr Vessey-Baitson. “Anticipation has been sky high and it is certainly going to be one of the town’s most recognisable and desirable new addresses.”
“Delta’s prime location is undoubtedly a major factor behind the early demand,” said Peter Lee. “It’s conveniently positioned within walking distance of Beverley’s bustling centre, giving residents convenient access to the town’s superb range of café bars, traditional pubs, restaurants and shopping outlets.”
Westbridge’s outstanding specification has also been a key attraction. All Delta apartments feature high quality kitchen with a comprehensive range of stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and washer/dryer, and luxurious bathroom with feature towel rail radiators. The properties also benefit from secure private parking, smart wire for internet compatibility, communal satellite dish and audio intercom door entry system whilst the two bedroom apartments are provided with undercroft parking.
