1st January 2008
A new development that provides home owners with easy access to Doncaster, Rotherham, Pontefract, Sheffield and Scunthorpe will be complete this year.
Stonegate, the new scheme in the village of Balby, near Doncaster is being developed by Westbridge Homes and is due for completion at the end of Summer 2008.
The East Yorkshire-based company are convinced the Stonegate development will prove extremely popular with first time buyers and anticipate interest from those looking to live in the suburbs within easy access of Doncaster, Rotherham, Pontefract, Sheffield and Scunthorpe.
The new one, two and three-bedroom houses provide a fantastic opportunity for first time buyers as well as those looking for a family home to buy new, reasonably priced properties. Two show houses, a one-bedroom home and a two-bedroom home, are now available for home buyers to visit.
Westbridge’s sales manager Caroline Hardaker said: “This is a popular residential area conveniently located with various local amenities on the door step.”
The new properties range from 630 sq ft for a one-bedroom home, 731 sq ft for a two-bedroom home and 850 sq ft for a three-bedroom home.
Each home is equipped with modern kitchen and bathroom design features, central heating and double-glazing and has allocated parking.
“This development provides an excellent opportunity for anyone buying their first home or looking for an ideal family home. The location and close proximity to motorway networks will allow a reasonable commuting distance and easy access to Doncaster as well as towns and cities further afield,” Ms Hardaker said.
