Westbridge Opens First Development in Doncaster
7th April 2007
Westbridge have launched our first development in Doncaster with the official opening of Stonegate Mews in Balby.
A sales information centre is now open from Friday to Sunday, between 11am and 5pm, as work continues at Sandford Road to build the first phase of one, two and three bedroom homes. The opening releases include some properties which have been specifically designed to address a perceived shortage of affordable starter homes in the area.
“There is plenty on offer to attract first-time buyers to Stonegate Mews,” said sales and marketing manager, Caroline Hardaker. “Our one bedroom starter homes are available at value-for-money prices that will interest many purchasers who have been struggling to get a foothold on the property ladder.”
A later phase at Stonegate Mews will feature a stylish range of easy-to-manage apartments. All properties share the characteristics which have made Westbridge Homes’ name throughout other areas of Yorkshire, combining contemporary design and specification with traditional craftsman-built quality.
Stonegate Mews is superbly positioned within easy reach of the town centre and the A1 providing convenient access to the region’s motorway network. The development is ideally situated opposite excellent commercial amenities at Balby Retail & Leisure Park, which includes a Fitness First health club and gym.
Further information about Stonegate Mews can be obtained from the sales centre or Westbridge Homes’ head office on freephone 0800 9155027. Hunters Estate Agents are also handling enquiries on 0113 2182446.
