New Face Arrives for Key Role at Westbridge’s First Doncaster Development
23rd June 2007
Westbridge Homes have welcomed a new recruit to perform a key role at our first development in Doncaster as Tony Dobson takes up position of site manager at Stonegate Mews off Sandford Road, Balby.
Offering eleven years of experience in site management for regional and national house-builders, Tony will be responsible for the construction of 38 properties designed to an advanced specification. He is currently overseeing the opening phase of one, two and three bedroom mews and semi detached homes and will later concentrate on the second phase offering a choice of contemporary apartments.
“I’m delighted to be joining Westbridge with such an important role in a new area for the company,” said Tony. “In many other parts of Yorkshire Westbridge have earned a reputation for exceptional standards of craftsmanship and I will be responsible for establishing that reputation in Doncaster by maintaining the highest levels of quality at Stonegate Mews.”
“Many of the properties on our opening phase have been specifically designed to address a perceived shortage of affordable starter homes in this area. There is plenty at Stonegate Mews that will be of particular interest to purchasers who have been struggling to get a foothold on the property ladder.”
“It’s a superb location that is sure to attract a lot of demand. The development is ideally situated opposite excellent commercial amenities at Balby Retail & Leisure Park, which includes a Fitness First health club and gym, whilst the A1 motorway link is just a couple of minutes’ drive away.”
