A new development in a small East Riding village will provide the ideal base for executives working in the surrounding towns or city.
Woodmansey is located just beyond the bustling market town of Beverley, close to the motorway network and is just seven miles from Hull. East Yorkshire-based developers Westbridge Homes have just commenced work on a new, exclusive development in the village.
The Eton Court, King Street development will comprise five detached executive homes within a small, exclusive gated community. The homes range in size from 1,541 sq ft to 1,636 sq ft and each of the high-spec properties has been designed to afford maximum space and light. Each plot has allocated parking.
Westbridge, who aim to respond to the wants, needs and aspirations of the Woodmansey community during work on the development, feel that the new homes at King Street will make a positive contribution to village life.

Home buyers are welcome to express their interest in the properties now. The sales cabin at the Woodmansey site opens on Saturday, February 16th.
