Best of both worlds can be found at new Hull development

1st October 2007

Home-buyers that want to live at the heart of an historic residential area but still prefer to live in a new property have had their prayers answered by leading Yorkshire house builder Westbridge Homes.

Sanderson’s Mews is located off Ella Street, part of The Avenues, which has regained its place in Hull’s hearts in recent years as the  place to live.
With leafy surroundings, close proximity to the city centre and Pearson Park and with a vibrant community right outside the front door, this new development looks set to become an instant hit.

The doors of the new show home were opened to the public on Saturday October 27 and, as the champagne flowed to mark the occasion, the public liked what they saw.

Demand has already been high at Sanderson’s Mews and many of the properties were sold from plan. Westbridge Homes are now advising home seekers to hurry if they are to secure the property of their dreams.

The site for development was carefully chosen by Westbridge Homes and undoubtedly adds further value to an area already renowned for its unique flavour.

The development offers a choice of properties ranging from two and three bedroom mews houses. The specification of each property matches the quality of the location and is undeniably sympathetic to the period housing that surrounds the development.

The contemporary interiors are also finished to a high specification. Many of the properties benefit from en-suite facilities while all properties have private designated parking.

Caroline Hardaker, sales and marketing manager for Westbridge Homes said: “Ella Street is a desirable residential area and we are extremely happy to be part of the long history of homebuilding in this area. The Avenues has so much to offer a homeowner and that, coupled with the high specification of our houses, is already making this development a really popular choice.

“We received a lot of very positive feedback from members of the public who visited the new show home at the opening. People have high expectations of properties in the Avenues and, with our sympathetic approach and desire to construct a development that complements and stands alongside existing properties, we have, in our opinion, exceeded those expectations.”

Members of the public can find out more about Sanderson’s Mews by visiting a special trick or treat night at the new development on October 31 between 5pm and 8pm. Children, of course, are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
