Gateway Epitomises Westbridge’s Success Story

Westbridge Homes are celebrating the conclusion of another success story with the completion of Gateway, our record-breaking apartment development in Hull which has come to epitomise the company’s fruitful investment throughout East Riding in recent years.
All 32 of the luxury apartments at Percy Street were sold from plan and, with our sales target achieved months ahead of schedule, Westbridge have just completed construction work with the finishing touches on Gateway’s spiral stairwells. The development has become one of the fastest selling in Westbridge’s history as they continue to expand their activities across Yorkshire.
“The desirability of Gateway’s city centre location was an obvious factor driving its sales performance but I think that Westbridge’s established reputation and high profile in East Yorkshire is another key reason behind the development’s success,” said sales and marketing manager, Caroline Hardaker. “We started out building in this region and much of our early expansion was concentrated here.
