Westbridge Success in Beverley Reflects Town’s Number One Status

A recent study which identified Beverley as the UK’s best prospect for an affordable luxury lifestyle came as no surprise to the town’s most active developer, Westbridge Homes. Currently building four developments near the centre, having commenced the first in the summer of 2006, Westbridge have first-hand evidence of Beverley’s desirability with a sustained period of rapid sales.
In compiling their Affordable Affluence Index study, the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) used the cost of housing to assess the affordability of different areas and the presence of up-market places to eat and drink, museums, art galleries, gyms, schools and prestige motor dealerships to weigh up wealthy lifestyle benefits. A winning combination of top-performing schools, appealing shops and boutiques, a racecourse and top housing stock earned Beverley its place at number one. The RBS assessment is certainly backed by Westbridge, who have been enjoying exceptional demand for a wide range of apartments enjoying easy access to many of Beverley’s best lifestyle amenities.
